DELIVERY
Once NavaPort finishes my project, how do I get my script, code, graphic, or other product delivered?
We can deliver your completed script, code, or product electronically to an email address you confirm or via mail (slower) using a custom created data disc (CD-ROM). See on site delivery as another option.
*You must have a computer with a CD-ROM installed to read the content of the disc.
What format is used on delivery?
For small projects such as single files, we will deliver such material as a single file. We may simply provide text you can "cut and paste" to make the process easier. You can then cut and paste the code where you need it or utilize our editing services to install/place the script onto your website.
Larger projects may be "zipped" to save space. This is simply a method of storing data and conserving space. You can get the free reader here. (Most computer systems already include "unzipping software")
- Instructions: Save the .zip file to a place such as your desktop or a known folder. Navigate to the folder, right click and select "unzip." All files in the zipped file will now show up. Your data has been unzipped and is ready to use.

ON SITE SERVICE
NavaPort will provide select on site services where a team member travels to the business location to perform installation, configuration, or another consulting service.
Travel fees may be assessed depending on distance, project depth, and resources involved.

SALES & RETURNS
What is the sales or return policy?
Advanced quotes are provided up front to customers for all products and services. Rates are subject to change. Fees may be assessed in the event additional labor, software, hardware, or licensing is required.
In order to remain extremely competitive, we must enforce an all sales final policy. All sales are "as is" and final per our terms of service. The nature of software generally no matter whom the issuing company is, once issued - it cannot be returned as per license and use agreements.
All hardware is custom configured as per our standard procedures. We do not accept hardware returns. If you have received damaged goods shipped from us to you, see the
shipping section of this FAQ.

SHIPPING
What shipping methods are available?
NavaPort generally uses FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL to ship goods. Custom shipping solutions are available at additional premium fee. Shipping fees for hardware if required will be included in the advanced price quote you receive.
NavaPort serves United States customers only due to security policies. Therefore we can only ship to a valid United States address.
What do I do if I received a damaged package?
Contact the shipping company immediately. All items we ship are insured. They will make arrangements between parties to remedy the situation in a timely manner.

PAYMENT
What payment options are available?
NavaPort offers online convenient payment using the most popular and trusted Visa and PayPal logos over a secure server. You will receive confirmation information and an electronic receipt upon payment.
Please carefully complete the payment information section ensuring all billing and address information is incorrect. You are responsible for providing accurate information at registration and payment sessions. Incorrect data may elongate the process or invalidate your contract with NavaPort.
Money Orders issues by a valid banking or financial institution are also accepted. Please detach and keep the receipt stub of the money order for your records. You will also receive confirmation of payment received via electronic means.
On site customers may use business checks. Please note we do not accept cash.
*Electronic confirmations and receipts are sent to the email address you provide us. Please ensure that you are not blocking our messages or check if your spam filter moves our messages to another folder other than your inbox.

CONTRACT & LICENSE CUSTOMERS
If you are bounded by contractual agreement for one of our premium custom services, upon termination of license you must discontinue all use and destroy all works denoted in your contract (contracted customers only).
Unauthorized use is prohibited by law. We will execute legal action against any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any contracted source code, program, graphic, hardware, or literal work.
*Hardware is any non software, non literary, non script, non program, and non graphical works and per the terms of the sale may continue to be used apart from our custom developed "works."

PRIVACY POLICY
NavaPort collects certain information from its website including location, IP addresses, and other system information. This is done to better ensure compatibility with our products and services as well as execute our security process. NavaPort will never ask for your password or personal information. Customer information is collected for internal use only.
We do not distribute, sell, or share your personal information with third parties unless required to by law. NavaPort uses industry standard security techniques and secure information storage. We also use third party high security solutions such as advanced algorithms, layered sockets and encryption to ensure data and transactions are secure.

WARRANTY
NavaPort provides products and services for our changing world. Unless denoted in an advanced written agreement no warranty shall be issued for products and services. We guarantee quality and professional work.
All products and services are tested before delivery. We are not responsible for customers modifying content or works we deliver. Such activities are conducted at the sole risk of the customer.
Use of our products and services are at the customers own risk; subject to the
terms of service. Results may vary per customer.
